Production steps of metal frame in Saman Dezh Pars

1. Preparation of workshop plans
At this stage, the technical office of Saman Dezh Pars Company, relying on its high technical ability and up-to-date software, prepares a workshop plan and prepares a three-dimensional model and controls errors before implementation, and after making sure of the ability to execute the plans and the final check He sends the drawings to the factory for construction.
2. Preparation of cutting plans and production checklists
At this stage, the technical engineering team based in the factory prepares cutting plans using the most up-to-date software in the world to control waste and prepares production documents and checklists based on the experiences and records of previous projects.
3. Cutting
At this stage, according to the cutting plans prepared by the technical team and also according to the thickness of the sheets and the tolerance of the regulations, one of the cold or hot cutting methods is implemented for each part, and CNC equipment is used for special shaped parts.
4. Initial assembly
At this stage, based on the workshop drawings as well as the existing checklists, the production team performs the initial assembly of the parts separately from the main column and beam and the secondary parts.
5. Primary welding
After the initial assembly of the parts and the approval of the quality control unit and obtaining the welding permit, the parts will be sent to the initial welding department, and at this stage, the longitudinal welding of the parts will be done using one of the SMAW or GMAW methods.
6. Final assembly (completion)
In this stage, additional parts such as various fittings and supplementary components are added to the main parts and sent to the next stage.
7. Final weld
After the final assembly and confirmation of the part and issuance of the final welding permit, in this part of the production of parts, GMAW welding is done in different situations, including horizontal (2G).
8. Cleaning
At this stage, the surplus components such as clamps or types of temporary joints or welding spots that were created to maintain the parts before the final welding are removed, and the parts are ready for final inspection and defect removal, and after possible defects are removed, they are moved to the next step.
9. Sandblast
At this stage, according to the required standard of the project, the parts are prepared for spraying paint by blasting method.
10. Coloring
After blasting and the approval of the quality control unit for painting the parts, at this stage, the parts are painted and ready to be packed according to the defined specifications of the project.
11. Packing, loading and shipping
According to the type of color of the parts, the required standard of the project, as well as the distance of sending the parts, the packing process is done at this stage, and the parts are loaded and ready to be transported and sent to the project site after obtaining the final approval from the quality control unit and the inspector of the project.
12. Project planning and control
The project planning and control unit, according to the needs of the project and the schedule of the execution of the contract, compared to the preparation of the schedule for the construction, transportation, and installation of the project, the action and resources required by the project, including the materials, manpower, and machinery required by the project, are reviewed and put on the agenda.
13. In-process inspection
In all stages of the work, the experienced team of quality control engineers of Saman Dezh Pars Company inspects and quality controls the parts using inspection tools and project standards, and issues permission to send each part to the next stage.
14. Install
The parts sent to the project site are installed by the experienced team based on the execution plans and technical specifications of the project under the supervision of the company’s experienced engineers.
