Saman Dezh Pars Company, with a factory housing three production lines and covering a total area of 12,000 square meters (including both indoor and outdoor spaces), equipped with overhead cranes and machinery from the most reputable domestic and international brands, has the capacity to produce a minimum of 2,000 tons of steel structures for buildings and industries per month.
Metal Profiles
Saman Dezh Pars Company, with over a quarter of a century of experience in constructing and installing steel frames and structures in the country, has since 2018 expanded and completed its chain of activities by producing industrial pipes and open and closed steel profiles, utilizing domestic resources. The company has installed slitting machines for steel roll sheets and launched pipe and profile production lines using ERW welding technology.
The company’s new products are made using rolled sheets from the Mobarakeh Steel Company of Isfahan. These products include various scaffold pipes and closed profiles ranging in size from 20×20 to 80×80, as well as open profiles like different types of frames and Z-shaped profiles. In addition to international standards, the company has successfully obtained Iranian national standards with numbers 7335, 7336, 7338, and 7339 in 2024.
In the next phase of its development, the company plans to modernize and update its machinery for steel structure production, increase output in this sector, expand the range of profiles with larger and industrial dimensions, and produce domestic and commercial gas pipes for the national gas network. Furthermore, the company aims to meet domestic needs and export its products abroad.
