The factory storehouse has been designed in a way that the raw materials can be stored separately based on the manufacturers, assisting the workers to use the materials according to their acquirers and preventing the errors in shipment.

Calibrating the equipments of the product line helps reduce the probable mistakes in the fabricating process and because the products follow the standards and match with the technical drawing and prevent extra redoing, it decreases the project runtime.

The use of hot and cool cutting machines and CNC device in drilling prevents the probable human errors in measuring and as a result, it will lead to increase the quality and speed in fabricating and installing the projects.

 The process of welding in Saman Dezh Pars is done based on WPS made by the quality control unit and by using submerged welding,under mix gas, stad welding, and electroslag. All welders have the welding certificate issued by the quality control unit.

The process of sizing the sections of beams and columns by bandsaw facilitates plummeting the columns in the installation. Consequently, it helps reduce the time and also increases the quality of the installation.
